Krissykins
Yeh, that's nice for Total Recall. Should get $80m from those markets. Then it has Spain, Uk, Australia, Germany, Italy, New Zealand etc still to open in. I think its headed for $180m+ worldwide. JCS
It is annoying trying to predict OS grosses for a lot of films this summer due to the staggered release dates.Madagascar 3, The Lorax, Total Recall, Ted, Expendables 2, Bourne Legacy...etc are hard to predict their total OS gross as the markets slowly drip in $$$ here and there.Every film should just unleash OS like IA4 and TASM. Makes everything much easier for us!

IndustriousAngel
Don't expect miracles from Total Recall in Germany - though heavily promoted, it will be lucky if it beats Ted's 4th weekend ... Expendables2 should do a bit better.
Krissykins
Not surprised The Expendables 2 flopped here in the UK.The TV shots and promotional items were cheesy.
JCS
All you have to do is open IMDB release dates page and look for the release dates of major markets. Yes I know all the release dates from IMDB but that does not really help in predicting the final OS gross when releases are spread out over many months. Like Madagascar 3 and Ted for example are hard to predict due to staggered release dates.Just a first world problem.
baumer
Not surprised The Expendables 2 flopped here in the UK.The TV shots and promotional items were cheesy. They're supposed to be.UK wasn't a strong market for the first so I didn't expect much this time around either. But this is still below what I had hoped for.
