Does Disney have a very expensive 180-250m tentpole that is not Pixar-Marvel-Star Wars-Real live action of old Disney classics in the pipeline ?

I think not.

The John Carter-Lone Ranger-Tomorrowland 3 hit combo was a very clear message to Satan.

What about Ghost in the Shell? (I'm not sure what sized budget production it is though)

Pirates?

I think he meant Pixar/Marvel/Star Wars/Real Live Action of Disney classics/Pirates

Or in other words...something new or not one of their killer brands.

Hey you never know...maybe a Finest Hours breaks out.

Ha, ok, I'm kidding.

 Ah, Yeah, good one.

Well, Scarjo post Lucy won't be  cheap so 15m at least and given the source material, I d say 150m budget or more.

I don't know about you but Lone Ranger is not as disastrous as many think.

If I had an advanced preview, i will peg it at $120M. Western is a tricky thing. If you go

for general audience, they will not bite, e.g. Lone Ranger. Those who love traditional

Western cannot see an Injun fighting alongside the Hero.

But if you stay within the genre's core audience, they will come in droves, e.g.

the explicably successful True Grit ($171M)

If you're taking financials...

Sorry, it was a disaster.

You do know how much it cost? Right?
