The only reason the terminators exist is because we built them based on the chip and the arm left behind from the original terminator. Paradox!! In BTTF 2, Biff took the Sports Almanac and gave it to his younger self, thus changing the future. He never would have been able to get back to the 2015 we saw, but the alternate 2015 stemming from him getting rich. BTTF 2 took care of that at the end. Jennifer ended up back in the proper 1985 when the future was changed; it changed around her. So when Biff changes the past, the future changes around Marty and the Doc. Therefore, Biff can get back to 2015 because there's only one 2015....the alternate one. Star Trek the Next Generation took care of the paradox question in their series finale. In JW it's perfectly fine and the park runs smoothly.
