LMAO, The Rock has been desperately promoting the hell out of EVERY release, since he was branded the biggest movie star the world 🤣. For this one he goes, I got an idea for a new contest 🤣...whoever can bring the biggest group to my movie through Atom Tickets, gets the movie and refreshments on me 🤣!
Impact
Skyscraper looks like one of those films that shows the ENTIRE last 40 minutes in the trailer. The Meg surprisingly looks funny meanwhile. (It was like how Geostorm last year looked funny, didn't see it though)

Viktor Vilotijevic
For some reason I don't think Mamma Mia 2 will open with 30+ million. It will probably have legs and gross 100-115 million $ in the end, but I see it more opening around 25-28 million $.

OdinSon2k14
I think Pro is underestimating how competitive Skyscraper will be this weekend. Like Rampage, The Rock is literally paying people to see the movie 🤣. Reimbursement of tickets and free refreshments, to the biggest crowds. That's hard to turn down, even for a bad movie. Hes got a brilliant idea for people scared of heights. Instead of just not seeing the movie, bring a couple friends 🤣. He also has a legion of male fans with an...unusual amount of completely heterosexual man love for him 🤣...wrestling fans... So I still see Transylvania at #1. #2 will be a tight race. Marvel's has a very loyal fanbase as well, and they'll be out in force to stabilize the percentage drop. Skyscaper by a fingernail for #2 over Ant-Man & Wasp. The difference will be all the theaters bought out by The Rock 🤣 Edited July 12, 2018 by OdinSon2k14
Impact
I think The Meg could be a breakout next month. (Well the reactions both times I saw the trailer have been really good-then again at something like Jurassic World that is expected, the other one was at Ant Man where I saw the trailer)
