Why are the BFCA a THING ?

I discovered this shit drek award show to follow Jlaw in 2012 and it was one of the most pathetic, embarrassing thing I have ever watched ... You could see almost every star roll their eyes as the show was progressing ...

Why the stars think they have to show up or give any respect to this pathetic oraganization is simply beyond me ...

There s already one starfuckers body in Hollywood and we didn't need another.

It is a big thing because it's the first televised awards of the season so everyone sees it. That's really the only reason they're considered up there of a precursor with SAG, GG, BAFTA.

At least the Golden Globes have money and the show looks Hollywood enough, stars are smiling, half of them are drunk and  stars have real emotions when they have a Golden Globe.

The BFCA looks like it is happenning in a garage and stars seem to be eating Wallmart leftovers, it looks cheap as hell, stars look either indifferent, uncomfortable or they roll their eyes, the presenters , anchors are godawful, most of them can't even spell or write the stars ' names right.

This thing is beyond awful ...dreadful...pathetic.

I rest my case.

It's not the first televised awards this year and hasn't the last few years so I guess they don't matter. anyway lots of updates in the op.

Are they not anymore?

Oh I know. They cut of Kushner or presented his award during commerical so that they could give like the celebrities in like the action categories more time to give their speeches and be paraded around. It's really pathetic.

I mean if you gonna starfuck Hollywood, at least, have the decency to do it properly. Apparently the tiny group at the HFPA has mastered this task really well.

Well the HFPA can afford it with the amount of stuff the studios give them for free :P
