PDC1987
Was that the real Rth and when did he like your post? Would it break another record if it stayed flat? BTW don't want to turn this in to Godzilla tread but it was one of my favourite movies last year. What a great thriller. Yes the real one. A couple hours or go or less. *IF* it stayed flat it would be the biggest non-OD Monday. Actually it will break that record with anything above $20,868,722.
Tubes
It's going to be $22.8 or higher. I cannot see it dropping more than 10% on discount Tuesday.

KATCH-2D2
Needs a 17.5% drop to set a new record at $20.87m for "regular" Tuesday (non-opening). http://www.boxofficemojo.com/alltime/days/nonopening.htm?page=Tue&p=.htm Yes the real one. A couple hours or go or less. *IF* it stayed flat it would be the biggest non-OD Monday. Actually it will break that record with anything above $20,868,722. So it doesn't even have to stay flat to break non-opening Tue record? Sweet. Guess 'fastest to 250m' is almost in the bag as well. I hope Rth shows up sometimes today. It's my only day off between last Fri and this Fri.
PDC1987
Guess 'fastest to 250m' is almost in the bag as well. Yes. 5 days. It would have to plummet from $25.3 million to under $16 million today.

Harpospoke
Not really getting into this conversation, but its notable that both TA and TDK were split 50/50 across male/female and ages over/under 25 according to BOM's OW reports. JW on the other hand skews older:: Shhhh...you'll kill the "Marvel makes kiddie movies" claim. If JW is skewing older I wonder if those older bones will keep going back to see it again? Anyone know if people are planning to watch JW for a third and fourth time. I'm pretty sure multiple viewings helped Avengers' legs. I'm planning to see it at least once more (x3). I liked her a lot. The heels thing seems like one of those nitpicks where it depends on whether you really enjoyed the movie or not. If you liked it you probably don't give a rat's rear, but if you didn't like it then you're more likely bothered by it. You can complain about this kind of thing in every single big budget action movie released each year. There is always something to nitpick if you want to do it. I loved it and it still made me roll my eyes a little. The gf commented on it too. "She's still wearing those heels?" It did contribute to one of my favorite parts of the movie though....the female lead doesn't fall down while running from danger. Tubes
Yep, an increase from a 74m OW, I mean come on, what other movie did that ? I remember a really big snowstorm hitting the East Coast during Avatars OW. The same thing happened during Puss in Boots's OW as well, although to a much smaller scale.
