It was not at all useless buddy. I compared our lists and found three discrepancies - Misafeco, DAJK and Grey Ghost. On double checking I found you were right on misafeco while I was right on DAJK and Grey Ghost and edited my post as per that. So both our scorings helped bring about the correct scorings

For a moment there, after scoring just the questions that is, I thought maybe, just maybe, I might actually finally come first or atleast tie for the position until the placements failed me.... Just reviewed SOTM1 and while it can't be scored yet, it's very, very interesting.. Only 1 person will get a bonus and he was only player to not go for the Total Gross  (he is very very close to taking the maximum score of 50k from this SOTM)

 

the main killer for most on this SOTM is the total gross for "The Walk" and "Pan" - it seems we were all a fair bit off on the end point for those movies.... tbh, the 2nd best score in the SOTM got 3 x A+ and one D rating ... lol  and a still great for this SOTM 14k   a lot of -ve's in this one...

SOTM 3 Answers

 

Although both movies are still earning, i believe that we are now at a point where this can be answered.  The only question that could have tipped the other way (when we previously looked at this), was Q3 which with a now nearly 5m and expanding gap, i can't see Peanuts catching that up given it's earning nearly a third of Spectre is on the current dailies...

@JJ-8 But, but the answer to Q4 should be Peanuts since we had to state which will be the highest/biggest for all of the questions and where that wasn't to be the case Chasmmi specifically stated otherwise (in Q5)

Also something seems off with the scoring. How are people with 4 correct and 2 incorrect getting the same points as 4 correct and 1 incorrect?

 

Edit: No, sorry. That only seems to be the case with Tele. Everything else is probably correctly scored.

I've taken the wording literally.....

 

As we finally have a big film (or two) coming our way, I wanted to honour the occasion with a return to a SOTM for a similar blockbuster vs animation battle last Winter Game:

 Below are listed a selection of questions pitting Peanuts against Spectre. You simply have to pick which film wins (Highest or fastest) in each scenario.

 

I'm pretty sure -14% is higher than -45% last i checked. which makes "Spectre" the correct answer for Q4.  Chasmmi can disagree if this is not the correct interpretation of the question of course
