Bring back the Bay designs and I'd be greatly interested. The current designs, while more accurate to the cartoons, are just too childish to take seriously in my opinion. Although to be fair, I haven't been following this movie, but I'd guess it's targeted to a younger audience than Bay's films. But that would mean a lower box office ceiling....

A Transformers movie? Childish? Why I would have never expect something like that!!!!!

I only want good action scenes, the trailers looked clean, without harsh cuts, good movements and CGI ... i hope it delivers in this department, i think it´s what it´s aimed audiences want it as well

I could be wrong but at this point i think everyone watch a TF movies knowing it won´t be a good story or something well developed, Bumblebee being the only exception

Pretty much the same thing I've heard from other test screenings - it's fine, nobody hates it, but very few really like it much either.

is the dueling edits thing true?

That's disappointing. I was cautiously optimistic after quite enjoying Bumblebee and Michael Bay not being involved gave me some hope but I don't think I can take another Transformers movie that's nothing but mindless action.
