Who is predicting that? Sounds stupid. Wingard and Barrett's shtick is turning rote genre premises into intelligent, ruthlessly entertaining movies. Not unwanted sequels.

BWP was shot about an hour from my house. Burkittsville is a real town. You couldn't find it if you weren't looking for it though.
