Summer Game SOTM 9 - Supporting the Underdogs

I am going to give a list of 6 possible but unlikely things that could happen during the course of this game:

 

1. Secret Life of Pets comes 2nd in the Domestic top 15 of the summer.

2. Alice In Wonderland 2 makes the Domestic top 15

3. Sausage Party makes over $80M

4. Ice Age fails to make $400M Worldwide

5. Suicide Squad makes $300M Domestic

6. Bad Moms makes the Domestic Top 15

 

You can choose any number from 1 to 6 of these to happen and if all of the scenarios you pick do indeed occur, you win

 

But how much can you win...

 

* Pick 1 event to happen and it does - 15,000 points

* Pick 2 events to happen and they do - 30,000 points

* Pick 3 events to happen and they do - 50,000 points

* Pick 4 events to happen and they do - 75,000 points

* Pick 5 events to happen and they do - 100,000 points

* Pick 6 events to happen and they do - 150,000 points

 

You will get a bonus of 20,000 points, if you correct pick every scenario that occurs. So if you chose say number 2, 4 and 6 and 2,3,4 and 6 occurred, you win 50k. However, if only 2,4, and 6 happen, then you win 70k.

 

If you get 1 or more wrong however, you will lose 15,000 points

 

Finally, if you believe that none of the 6 events listed will happen, you can choose: NONE

 

If you choose none, and are correct, you will score 15,000 points. However if even one of the scenarios comes true, you will lose 30,000 points.   

 

Abstain is worth 2000 points

 

Deadline is the usual Thursday night affair.
