Saw War Dogs again today and went from just liking it to almost loving it. Great movie, one of the best of summer up there with Kubo Pets Civil War Dory  etc. for me (okay okay, not quite as good as the latter 2 but still).

Highly recommend seeing it.

I though you're only 16 or 17. Are you allowed to watch R-rated movies without an adult?

Feels like SS could be close to 295 by Labor Day Monday,

8 coming Mon-Thu (-58% from 19 previous Mon-Thu)

10.5 4th weekend (-50%)

4 on Mon-Thu after that

8 over 4-day weekend....-24% down over 4-day

262.5 + 8 + 10.5 + 4 + 8 = 293

293-294 is likely by LD Weekend is done IMO.

With dollar bump and all 305 should happen, or a bit more on the higher end.

I am hoping for 307.5 cause it will give SS 2.3x.

10.5 4th weekend (-50%)

4 on Mon-Thu after that

7.5 over 4-day weekend....this is a 29% drop despite 4-day so am low-balling again

262.5 + 8.5 + 10.5 + 4 + 7.5 = 293

If that $307M DOM happens for Suicide Squad happens....that would make it the biggest grosser for Will Smith and his first $300M-grosser in a long time since Independence Day, back in 1996!

I'm was hoping fo 315 but that could be wishful thinking.I say that because it feels as if SS will be closer to 380 foreign  then 350.

I have a couple of questions that are bit off topic, so please don't call me a hypocrite for my earlier complaints.

1. Who creates the subtitles beneath our usernames? For example, mine says "Straight-to-DVD." Does the system automatically create them?

2. How many copies and how much money has Batman v Superman made on home video so far? I can't find answers via Google.

Impressive third weekend win for SS. I think it can target IM2 if he does well on LD weekend. No competition at all.

It still fell 54% aginst no competition.

It just legs are better then some  comic book films this year lol.

IM2 had a 200M budget and did 624m WW .....by our standards......FLOP

;)

Don't forget P&A, advertising and promotion costs too! ;)

Budget alone for IM2 was 200 million. The production budget was probably 300 million or more. Marketing was insane for that movie.

Total flop, surprised Marvel didn't just kill the franchise right there.

Nah, The Incredible Hulk had a budget of 150 million ( + P&A, advertising and promotion costs ) and it only made 263 million worldwide.

If they didn't kill the franchise after that fiasco, they can't kill it anymore. lol

By the way, i'm glad they didn't! XD

I'm glad they didn't. And my reasons for wanting the DCEU to fail are purely petty, and not because of some DCvMarvel thing. But, I can't argue that SS is showing strong and personally, I find it the best of the three in the universe so far.
