I didn't hate TASM films at all, I was really curious to see where the story was gonna go

(-Rhino).Maybe many also feel the same way as plenty feel Garfield got screwed.

The box office performance is disappointing but just be happy it exists. Also, some people would probably say TDK trilogy is the real "Godfather" of our trilogy.

 

Apes trilogy is golden, though.

Based on TASM 2, it's quite clear that they were setting up a Sinister Six movie. The fact that Harry asked a guy to bring a team of baddies to fight Spidey, is another evidence.

 

Sony spoiled the movie by releasing 100 trailers, though. I would have been shocked to see Green Goblin in the movie. Nobody would be expecting him to appear. Rhino was terrible, I agree. This part was also spoiled by the trailer.

My wife is actully pregnant with my second son right now and the baby is due  On the anniversary of TDK(7/18).

So pretty soon  a night at the movies is gonna get even more expensive lol.

Stan Lee's cameo felt forced and out of place in SMH, in my view. I don't know, it felt weird. In TASM 1, it was organic. He was even part of a fight scene, even though he didn't know there was a fight scene between Spider and the Lizard.

 

I agree that his cameo was good in GOTG VOL 2, but I still liked him more in Deadpool.

I think Civil War's legs were a little disappointing. It was a 3rd movie and a sort of Avengers movie so maybe nobody should have been expecting a 2.6-2.7 but I do think that it was reasonable to expect more than a 2.28  (like a 2.4) though. It's overall gross was great though.
