Attached to Codename: Kids Next Door and One Piece

We open in a traditional high school and see a bored Jaime Reyes (Jake T Austin) sitting down watching the clock, we see someone throw a paper ball at him which he catches in mid air, and the camera turns around to reveal Michael Carter (Asa Butterfield) waving at Jaime, much to his shock.

We then cut to the duo in the hallway having a chat.

Jaime: Why are you here?

Michael: To relieve high school and save your butt (ass for those who have the One Piece showings).

We then cut to the forest where we see Blue Beetle (Jaime’s new superhero identity) and Booster Gold (Michael) fighting Black Beetle (Michelle Rodriguez).

Jaime: I thought this was all a dream.

Michael: Well, you did fly to school.

We see Jaime struggling with his new power flying clumsy crashing into the school.

Jaime: You were stalking me?!

Michael: There’s a hole in the boys bathroom upstairs.

Endless Entertainment

DC Entertainment

Michael: I am from the future, and was sent here by a short guy with silky robes to help maintain our timelines and help you be the greatest hero ever.

We cut to Michael meeting The Timekeeper (Kevin Hart) for the first time.

Jaime: And the woman in the suit that is eerily similar to mine.

We cut to Black Beetle meeting with Maxwell Lord (Jay Baruchel) in his lavish office.

Michael: A terminator esque girl who wants you dead.

Jaime: And The bug thing on my back?

We see The Scarab latch onto Jaime turning him into Blue Beetle.

Michael: Your new superhero identity.

From The Studio that bought you Treasure Planet and Howling Commandos

We cut to the city as a T-Rex, Pterodactyls, and a pack of raptors chase Blue Beetle and Booster Gold through the streets. We then cut to Doctor Polaris using his metal kinetic abilities to attempt to ensnare the two heroes.

And the director behind Ant Man and The Wasp and Street Sharks

We see Black Beetle staring down both heroes on the beach.

Black Beetle: I’ll destroy everything and everyone you love and nothing can stop me.

We cut through various scenes. Booster Gold escape OMACs, Michael meeting with his mother on life support (Michelle Pfeiffer), Blue Beetle saving Booster Gold from falling, Blue Beetle and Booster Gold fighting Black Beetle on top of a skyscraper, and finally Jaime and Michael at Jaime’s house.

Jaime: You may not be the best protector but you’re still my best friend.

Jaime and Michael sharing a fist bump.

Blue and Gold

We cut to Jaime and Michael at a burger like restaurant as they hear an explosion.

Jaime: What was that?

Michael: Trouble. And it has our names on it.

Jaime: What?

Michael: Sorry, I was trying to do a cool superhero phrase, quickly let’s change.

We cut to the back alley where the two are hilariously trying to change in time to rush and stop the villain.

Michael: Oh, Damn (Nuts if you get the Codename: KND version)! I tore my supersuit.

Lager Pictures releases official track listing for the One Punch Man soundtrack; features Harry Styles, Demi Lovato, Britney Spears, Queen, Skillet, Simon & Garfunkel and more.

Lager Pictures released a first hand-look at the soundtrack listing for their upcoming summer release, One Punch Man. The tracklist includes 12 songs (all existing songs), featuring a variety of tracks ranging many different music genres. The track's top listing includes a cover song of the main theme of the One Punch Man "The Hero", featured in the anime adaptation of the manga. The cover will be performed by notable YouTube singer Jonathan Young and also feature the film's composer Junkie XL in the song. Another notable cover featured on the track includes Harry Styles' rendition of the classic song, "Holding Out for a Hero". Styles, coincidentally, will be playing the character Amai Mask in the film so it is not too far off to expect the song to be played during a pivotal moment in the film.

But what about Voltron 3?

Violet is an OC period drama with a platform release and Voltron is a sci-fi action blockbuster tentpole. They can co-exist.

SUMMER SHAKEUP FOR TRICRESCENT MEDIA; NEW 'JAWS' AND CHANGES FOR 'GORGO' AND 'MERE MATTER OF MARCHING'

TriCrescent Media is making key changes to its summer lineup for Year 4, the most shocking of which is the surprise announcement of Jaws: The Return, the fifth film in the iconic seabound horror franchise started by Steven Spielberg in 1975. Set for release on June 5th in 2D and 3D, the new movie is directed by J.A. Bayona (The Orphanage, White Hurricane) and will feature the return of Richard Dreyfuss as oceanographer Matt Hooper, one of the surviving characters from the first film. Also starring are Felicity Jones, Sam Neill, Samuel L. Jackson, Amy Adams, and Elle Fanning.

Per Xander Newton, head of Red Crescent Pictures, Jaws: The Return is a "soft semi-reboot" which will neither directly reference nor contradict the events of the three previous sequels. "The old sequels all sort of turned into the improbable saga of the Brody family, where they just keep being stalked by these sharks," Newton explains. "We're not using the Brodys in this one. We're going back to Amity Island with Dr. Hooper, where for the first time in decades they have a shark problem again. And we want to make it scary again, not some pulpy monster movie." He acknowledges that Jaws 2, Jaws 3-D and Jaws: The Revenge "have their fans," but says "it's the original that's iconic. Everyone basically knows the story, whether they've seen it or not. For our movie, that's all you need. The sequels before this one you can take or leave, you can decide for yourself if you think those happened or not. But as long as you know the basic premise of the first movie, you can jump right into The Return."

Meanwhile, TriCrescent's division Gold Grescent Pictures has its own set of changes in store. Doug Liman has dropped out of directing Gorgo, the monster movie remake originally scheduled for an August release in Cinerama. Leaving the project alongside Liman is the Cinerama camera equipment, which is now being put into service on the set of Scott Cooper's war epic A Mere Matter of Marching, out on Memorial Day. The hope is that the panoramic format, combined with the symbolic release date, will help that feature compete with the IMAX release of sci-fi blockbuster Countdown to Extinction. As for Gorgo, we hear Kenneth Branagh is in talks to take over as director, but the film has been delayed with no new release date yet set.

this is going to be horrible

I mean I thought Jurassic World sucked but it was well-received and made all the money. And Mad Max: Fury Road was the biggest hit of the series critically and financially. Sure the last two Jaws flicks were trash, but that's why I'm ignoring the sequels. I'm not doing this as like an Airport thing.

In any case it makes a lot more sense than these live-action remakes of perfectly good anime that 99% of people have ever heard of :P
