It's amazing how much he's changed and grown from season 1, it's almost as big of a development as Walt. I don't think he'll get it for "Buyout" unless the field isn't too strong but I just don't think there's any way that that doesn't get an award. He is the one who is violently opposed to murder where Skylar and Saul are trying to convince him. He's adamant that Hank not be harmed, and now more tellingly Jesse. Things were shifting back towards Walt as the protagonist with him looking out for Jesse and Hank using him, but now it's all ruined.
