That's bigger than Dunkirk's OD. Wonder if Bridget Jones' OW record is under threat?!

Senoj Lihp
We've been sold out all evening shows this weekend (including tomorrow already). We never do much good on horror
Jonwo
If Kingsman does £6-7m five days opening, it's going to be the biggest September ever! After a lackluster August, September has kickstarted the Autumn season!
The Dark Alfred
It is looking at £9 OW!! Performing like a tentpole blockbuster epic.

Heretic
£9.5m for IT. One of the most impressive openings ever I'd say.

Biggest OW surprise after BATB and Dunkirk, I'm shocked it was only £0.5m less than what Dunkirk did and also smash last year's September record. IT will easily be number 1 next week, I imagine it won't be as leggy as Bridget Jones due to stronger competition from Kingsman but £30-35m total is likely

Heretic
So it did pass £10m. Crazy. I don't think it'll drop that hard compared to most horrors, and weekdays should be very strong. I expect it'll be close to £20m already by Sunday.

WB is having a cracking year second only to Disney apart from Dunkirk and It, what exactly is so 'cracking' about WB's year so far? Wonder Woman did mediocre numbers. Lego Batman did fine but nothing remarkable. Kong was weak. King Arthur was a bomb. Heretic
Well IT and Dunkirk will probably make around £90m combined, so that's a huge success.

Wonder Woman was a hit, it had good legs for a superhero film and it came out at a time during the hottest period of the year. It wasn't as big as BvS or SS but £22m isn't exactly a failure. Lego Batman did £28m which considering it was facing Sing is a solid results
