IronJimbo & Sheldon's Son
Seems like a good hold for Elemental if it jumped ahead of MI7 despite turtles. Good sign for it to hold well in other territories. Looks like it wil continue to slowly chug along all summer.

Issac Newton
As of Wednesday, August 2, Greta Gerwig’s Barbie has crossed the £50m mark; while Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer is closing in on £30m, both from just 13 days on screens.
Krissykins
Mario (£54.2m) is toast on Thursday or Friday then. Barbie will jump way up the top 50 of all time by the end of this weekend. In weekend number three.

Heretic
Barbie should be in top 20 by end of the weekend as it should be somewhere around the £67-68m mark. Good for 18th place. Edited August 3, 2023 by Heretic

The rain yesterday definitely helped, but looks like Barbie will be at or just under £60m going into the weekend. The weather on Saturday looks absolutely diabolical so should give a boost once more. £8m third weekend looks possible. £6m third weekend for Oppenheimer looks likely so could hit £40m by Sunday. Great weekdays for holdovers too, Elemental is getting a very nice boost from holidays and rain. Looks like a flat weekend is in store and I can’t see it missing £20m at this rate. reddevil19
My local Cineworld has 3 TMNT showings after six pm on Saturday, including one at 21.50. Not a single ticket sold. Seems like some pretty bad scheduling there. Feel like the 10.20 am showing of Oppenheimer could and should have gone to TMNT and Oppie could have gotten an extra evening time. Or even give a screening to MI7, which is now down to 3 showings on Saturday. Indy also down to just one showing.

Honestly ridiculous. They probably end up being cancelled unless someone actually ends up booking that.
