Heretic
Apart from that though (Because let's be honest, who actually remembers, or even likes Shrek 3?), Man of Steel is easily the most impressive opening for June.
Jonwo
Shrek 3 opened in June and had one of the biggest openings ever with £16.7m. That must be the record still.I alway thought Shrek the Third opened in July, I think it had previews though but not totally sure.

Jonwo
AE held okay, Tuesday and Wednesday should be big for MoS, it'll be at £14-15m by Thursday and £19-20m by Sunday depending on how it fares against WWZ and DM2. I think £30m is in the bag, possibly even higher.
The Dark Alfred
Nope, £35m is in the bag. I think it will beat IM3, but still finish below Les Mis. DM2 only has previews and the pre-sales aren't great for WWZ, MoS will remain on top I reckon.

Will be interesting how DM2 does, I think it'll be over £6-7m for its OW plus previews, This is the End could do well although I've not seen much marketing for it. Heretic
So this is already doing better than IM3? Great. Tuesday and Wednesday especially are usually always bigger than Monday, which means MoS will probably be at about £16m by Thursday, and up to possibly £22m ($34.5m) by Sunday.I think it has a shot at beating IM3, but it'll be close. Jonwo
That's not great for WWZ, it could benefit from walkups but I think MOS will be top again.
