Orange Wednesday should be absolutely huge.And it could definitely break the 2nd weekend record, meaning around £40m may be possible by next Sunday.orange wednesday will be huge, but it won't touch the weekend days because even if all shows sell out at least 30% of the audience are getting in free! When have we had on a weds after a biggie a new horror film on halloween, and special screenings for the same reason. While i'd love to work a mega big weekend at a cinema, i'd dread this wednesday. Friday and Saturday could be hectic, but with a release like Bond, TDKR or Potter you have most of the tickets fully booked, so only the retail gets busy, box office works fluently. Rovex Posted October 28, 2012 Share Posted October 28, 2012 Both multi-screen cinemas in Exeter were sold out all evening on Friday and Saturday, both Odeon and Vue were showing on more than one screen simultaneously in the 8 or 9pm slots.
