JCS
tues looking like 3.9-4mThanks.Wow, great Tuesday! Record? (for films not opening on Tuesday).Yep, Tue is only 4% down.Amazing hold!I think we can expect £5m+ easily tomorrow.£5M sounds doable for Orange Wednesday, but I'm just happy with anything above £4M to be honest for weekdays! Heretic
$100m is almost assured at this point. It should get there.
Jonwo
I'm thinking high £4m for tomorrow, am slightly surprised Tuesday was down on Monday but I guess some cinemas have their cheap Tuesdays which lower grosses slightly, Orange Wednesday might have the same effect as selling out a screen but only half are paying. I'm surprised there aren't restrictions for Orange Wednesdays for films like Skyfall but I guess the studio must get something out of it. Heretic
What's the usual bump on Wed?It's Orange Wednesday, which offers 2 for 1 tickets. It is by FAR the most popular weekday, so I'd be surprised if it didn't hit £5m. Edited October 31, 2012 by Heretic
JCS
Halloween might dent the Wednesday Skyfall gross though.
Heretic
I don't think the effect will be too significant. Day business has been excellent and tonight is absolutely packed everywhere around me...

JCS
Yeah hopefully Halloween hasn't made too much of an impact. But of course it will make SOME impact.Wednesday numbers?Should be at least £4.5M+ hopefully.

Heretic
I'd never have thought the weekdays would be as big as they are, so it is quite astounding. I don't see how it doesn't do at least £10m this weekend.
