Well it seems Titanic had a bigger increase than The Last Song(2010) 94%>68% but absolutely it is still smaller 7.1<7.2

Not for most of the THG loonies here, but for me it is. AR is not doing all that well and it is hilarious and Titanic is opening softly and THG, a horrible film in my eyes, is excelling.

It is kind of sad that the movie that was #1 for so many years, only opens to #3 on its first weekend of re-release...

I can't remember the last time I was more dismayed with the box office?

It appears people want something new before they shell out the money to see something in theaters. AR waited too long to come out and there's not enough fans to sit through a 4th been there done that movie, and Tit's main demo (young/old females) aren't paying the 3D premium to see it in theaters when they've watched it countless times on dvd/tv already.

As long as it isn`t in the next 5 years. Must not happen before Shitto hits 50.

THG will be #1 next weekend toi. Though CITW will probably be great, it wont make enough money to be number one. And dont ge me started on The Three Stooges..

Yes, you are correct FTF. I'm just dismayed to see a film I don't like doing so well. But now I understand how all of the Twilight haters feel when it does well

Don't get too bitter Baumer, it's not good for your health. :PTitanic will do just fine. If you have to learn to tolerate THG in order to enjoy life, well then that is what I'd advise you to do.
