Yup, they are open and there's dozens of shows everywhere. Pity about the ER, but in lc it could be a Top 3 OW. Now, $15.5-16M is the floor, but could do more if it has smaller drops for Sat/Sun (unusual for a movie opening that big).

Weekend numbers. BvS opens to a super-awesome 315M lc ($18.1M); #3 4-day and #5 3-day OW of all time, fell behind F7 at the end. Zootopia still holding well, didn't expect it to be so close to 300M lc. Pity there were no charts for the last 10 days so no final total for Deadpool.

Yeah, Frozen is safe. Unless it totally collapses or removed from theatres (it's on its 6th week), it should reach 300M by Sunday.

Reports: BvS up to $21.6M by Tuesday, those are amazing legs *wolf whistle* Easily the #1 of the year so far, may be the first movie since Minions to reach $30M (with a lower ER).

 

Roughly 375M in lc, good enough to enter the Top 30 all time.

It seems the legs overseas and domestic are pretty good so far no? Mexico and UK seem to have amazing holds mostly and they are two of the biggest markets for the film right now, good news

Overseas yes but domestic not so well. After good drop on Monday there is worse drop on Tuesday and 2nd weekend massive drop is going to happen (about 65%)

Deadline: Mexico generated another $1.4M on 2,710 screens with 57% of the Top 5 market share. School holidays are still in play there and the cume is $25.9M.
