the doubt with inside out is about the late walk ups. I remember early sales for Wish looked kinda encouranging and then did what it did. 

 

Disney comes from 3 very flop animated movies (wish, strange world and Lightyear) 

Plus turning red, encanto, luca, Soul and Raya being only d+ releases or not big successes.

 

The problem imo is that: seems like Disney plus is a very recognizable brand ( i mean it's called disney 😂) so families are like "we can wait 3 months to see it on D+". All these pixar releases directly on streaming didn't help for sure. 

 

This could be a problem in particular for Disney cause people usually know when an animated movie is Disney...while i don't know i don't think most people know despicable me is universal or whatever.

I've kept comps in, but I'm really stretching the utility. Because I'm using D12, I'm comparing a T-55 to a T-22.

 

And for TSwift, I'm using the numbers from after a bunch if showtimes ajd sales were removed, only to be re-added a few days before.
