Forget Deadpool 3...

Who has the balls to make a prediction for Captain America 4?

70m OW.  200m domestic give or take a few million.

Which has what to do with the subject at hand?

People are free to discuss other things not related to BO in the weekend thread. This has always been the tradition with weekend threads dating back over a decade. Sometimes that is what has made some weekend threads iconic.

Btw Memory actually got released here in theaters last weekend. I had the chance to see it. Peter Saarsgard destroyed me. What a performance. Chastain was amazing too.

I would be very surprised with a 200m finish if it opened under 90, tbh. I still feel weird being so pessimistic about an MCU film, but everything about this so far screams huge bomb to me. Obviously a lot can change in half a year so let's see...

Oh brother.

Even if reviews/WOM are really good, I don't think it will do $100M OW or more than $500M WW

If reviews are really good i.e. 90-100%, I think it can surely do $100M OW.

So is $500M+ is a done deal with such $200M+ OW?
And odds for $600M?

I think it could challenge the domestic gross of Star Wars 8 or The Avengers.

Even though Deadpool and Wolverine has a cinema score of A+ with $200+ million DOM OW, it still won’t beat Inside Out 2, which is expected to end the domestic box office run around 650-660 million.
