Considering the disastrous production history with the script, with even Craig rumored to have a hand in writing the film, I actually wouldn't be surprised at all if this kinda turns out to be a bit of a stinker. This is despite the fact that I thought that the trailer was actually quite good.

Most reactions are pretty strong for it, seems to be a bit of cherry picking of bad reacts here. Most seem to praise the humor and tone of the piece. Will have to see more to get real picture.

Casino Royale, Goldfinger and Goldeneye are probably my 3 favorite Bond movies. Of the 3, I would probably give the edge to Goldeneye as it balanced the required Bond gadgets and stunts with a halfway plausible story. Casino Royale is really good but Brosnan was probably better than Craig in their respective debut outings.
