Rsyu
Ouch! MI5 has been falling pretty fast. I was thinking it would reach 5M by Sunday, but doesn't seem likely now. 7.5M($50M) may be in trouble. How is the competition for next couple of weeks? Any major releases? It could have held better but really, it's not such a bad fall. The daily decrease roughly matched the decline in showtimes (34.9% vs 32%). It's still tracking way ahead of Ghost Protocol's second week which played out like this: GP vs RN 192,162 vs 455,602 (mon) 198,491 vs 390,872 (tue) 167,683 vs 254,327 (wed) 153,977 vs (thu) 215,205 vs (fri) 530,320 vs (sat) 497,006 vs (sun) Ghost protocol managed to leg it to $50 million so there's a good chance Rogue nation will get there with a similar number of admissions. Next week there's a period film called memories of the sword which could provide some competition and the week after that there's Beauty inside. I don't think either film will provide as much competition as Veteran though, just a hunch. Edited August 6, 2015 by Rsyu

It's a huge success even if it doesn't make it though and it's locked to pass KFP in admissions too (gross has already been beaten) which will make it the 3rd most attended animated film in Korea. Rsyu
Good hold for Veteran, bad for everything else. Week 3 for MI5 will be tracking below the the same week for Ghost protocol. bartonfink
Good to see the success of Veteran. IMO Ryoo Seung-wan made one of his best works. It has cheerfully exhilarating stunts like Jackie Chan films and incisive insight on social irregularities in Korea like The Unjust. Awesome pleasure.
