With 14m Friday and 14.8m Friday (assuming they don't go down with actuals), it requires 24.3% drop.And BTW, 'he' is a 'she'.

Yes, I've already pointed out the drop required. She said it should "easily" clear it, which implies $40.5m or better. In other words, no fudging necessary. Needs a 21% drop to pull off a $40.5m weekend.
