While $15 million for a horror sequel with a tiny budget isn't bad by any stretch of the imagination, it is off a fairly alarming 43% from the opening day of last year's installment. It's as sure a sign as any that the franchise is losing steam, but it will still make money for Paramount, and the returns won't be low enough to bar them from having a fifth installment out next year.But the real news of the week is Argo and that insane 14% drop from last Friday. With how great it's holding up, how weak next week's openers look, and the inevitable plunge for Paranormal Activity 4, there's a pretty solid chance it could rise to #1 next weekend.
