Two big local films will be released tomorrow. One of them, Jiang Ziya, if I am not wrong, is related to Ne Zha, the 2nd biggest film ever in China. I do not know the title of the other film. For the moment, Jiang Ziya is at 100m in presales and the other one is at 75m. I guess we can expect big numbers from both, specially from Jiang Ziya.

I am thinking $60mn OD for Jiang Ziya and $45-50mn for Homeland. Atleast that will happen? or WoM is too toxic?

Leap might keep being the best movie in holidays with 9.1/10 on Maoyan, but it probably only have 8.6/10-level legs.

 

Jiang Ziya could be under 8.0/10 in my view. 

 

Homeland sound so-so from press screenings. It's said 2 out of 5 parts were fine. Unclear if they would lock score like Country last year with 9.7/10.
