I think it will be very frontloaded either way. But since it is a co-production it will have more than one month in theaters.  We'll see if it can keep high number of screens after opening week.

How is Warcraft a co-production?  It was made before Wanda acquiring Legendary, isn't it?  Can someone on this forum verify/confirm whether Warcraft qualify as a co-production?

It'not horrible, not at all. Last time i checked a guy gave it 1/10 (which is ridiculous), another 3/10, 6/10. 8/10, 3.5/5, 4.5/5/.

5 days OW. If it can make even 1.85x, it'll be great.

If the movie is good, I hope the Chinese gross can justify additional movies, because I know that this is something I may like to see more of.

 

I am starting to be very, very glad that Wanda bought out Legendary. It seems like some incredible foresight on their part. I hope this bodes well for the future of hybrid American-Chinese blockbusters.

We're getting Pacific Rim 2 and Warcraft 2 thanks to them so yeah I'm very glad too.

Lol it's not horrible at all. Some American reviews are terrible, many of them are mixed-good or even positive. And foreign critics are even better (though always on the mixed-good side).
