Actually not all that odd, while I was thinking about green book's possible end result in China earlier today, the first hilarious  example that actually popped up in my mind is The Last Jedi's ~43M gross in China. It's just very easy to go there...

If I remember correctly, the previous one wasn't that well received in China and was criticized for not having a lot of action. I'm not surprised it didn't break out.
