Maybe it can manage 30 million? Considering how much of a tiny slice WB gets from China anyway, and the fact that CoG only made 53 million there, it's not gonna make much of a difference. Such shitty timing.

Studios get no say on when their movie releases in China, if they delay it now it might not get a release down the line

Won’t be surprised if it misses $20M total. They should delay but it  will only be a difference of few mil revenue, might not bother.

Batman is extended till May 17th in China (surely so cinemas start to open and make a few million) and.. I think the WB doing this for Batman will do this for Fantastic Beasts 3 also ice which is good news for both of them movies.
