I'm giving a range. I don't see it going lower than 250M and don't see it much higher than 270M.
There is a chance it grosses lower than DOS, you realise?
I want to see this so much it's not even funny. I don't know how to watch it, the blu-ray is only in the US and it's region-locked. I looked at cinemas all over the place when it came out, and nowhere played it, though I do know a few cinemas in the country did.
Imo the film with best costumes was Dawn of the Planet of the Apes...
This is why I don't care about the Oscars, I never agree with any of the choices so it's just stupid.
I know this is one of the favourites for costumes, but there was absolutely nothing special there. It was just they took some old coats and army uniforms, that was it.
I have no idea why they chose to do it like that. Given the globally connected world we live in (i.e. the internet), it makes a lot more sense to release a movie everywhere at the same time (with a few exceptions) to get the hype as strong as possible. I haven't actually looked into the numbers but I don't think movies generally benefit from severely delayed releases.
Don't know what it's like in Korea but Disney movies never have this level of delay in the UK, it's really weird.
I'm not a massive fan of superhero movies, I've seen all the MCU ones but other than that, I can really take them or leave them. X-Men in particular has no appeal to me.
All three Star Wars prequels are good movies.
Marvel Studios has only made one really good film.
Desolation of Smaug and Battle of the Five Armies are both better than Return of the King.

I don't mind Avengers 3 being 2 parts, in fact I'm glad it is so, rather than in one film. We're talking about a film with what could be upwards of 30 superheroes. One film alone would make it possibly too jam-packed.
Yes, published as three books, but it was written as one. FOTR, TTT and ROTK are not three separate stories, they aren't sequels to each other in the way that other trilogies are.
This is like anything for me: I don't have an issue with the concept, I just care about how well it's done.
Deathly Hallows was well done, making 2 films for the finale to a 10-year series (and a denser book than the previous ones) made a lot of sense. Mockingjay's split has hurt the first film. I don't have an issue with The Hobbit's split in the slightest, I think all the films stand fine on their own.
Best example of a split is Lord of the Rings. Based on one book, is one complete story, and is very good.

I like all three SW prequels, SW is by far my favourite movie series ever, so I'm pretty biased.
I would say ROTS is better, but I believe both films are a return to the quality of the original trilogy of their respective series.
