grim22
Almost went to the premiere of August: Osage County last night but my buddy with the tickets couldn't get off work early enough. Same here. Got tickets, but work came up and couldn't go.

RobinHood26
I can keep 'em but technically we're supposed to destroy them after the awards season. We have a stack of like 100 sitting in our living room, oops, but its one less DVD to buy lol.

Once I've watched 'em, they become Tele Jr's play-things. Which is as good as destroying 'em, LOL.

DAR
A moment like this I picture Baumer bringing Fishnets some food in her Box Office jail cell, saying Floppit part 2 made only 6.2 yesterday, thought you'd like to know, while a sly smile appears on her face.

All I can picture is Supernanny after having to deal with Cartman. Edited December 17, 2013 by Merry Xmas From JackNevada
DAR
As much as I love Scarlett Johansson I honestly doubt her voice performance is so much better than all the voice peformances that have come before that she's the first one to deserve major nominations. Robin Williams should have been nominated for Aladdin
Jack Nevada
Robin Williams should have been nominated for Aladdin Ellen DeGeneres for Finding Nemo as well. I can probably think of a few nomination worthy voice over performances. Oh, and obviously Andy fucking Serkis who should have three nominations by now.

Noctis
So 6 days for DoS to match what DH2 did in 1. Stunningly beautiful statistic.
AndyLL
I'm surprised Frozen had close to the same number of theaters compared to Hobbit. At my local AMC 24 last Saturday Frozen only had 3 theaters ( only three 3d showings)... compared to 8-10 for the Hobbit.

Dementeleus
Now DOS vs King Kong is seems to be a much fairer comparison KONG adjusted, maybe (though DOS would have to stretch a bit to beat it). It's still well above KONG unadjusted though.
Noctis
King Kong is a 10/10 2-hour film stretched into a 7/10 3-hour film.
druv10
... and yet, still more entertaining. After getting off from work, I'm going tonight to see DOS. Hopefully, I'll enjoy it and help it get a bigger jump on Tuesday. Edited December 17, 2013 by druv10
