It's not direct competition that I'm referring to, just that historically speaking we don't get multiple animated breakouts within the span of 2-3 months very often.

I think Lego will be successful for WB, I think if it can do Cloudy 1 and HT numbers, it'll be a hit. We've not had many animated films in February so its hard to compare. February looks to become a big month for animated films with Spongebob 2 in 2015 and Illuminations new film in 2016.

Lego Movie could be smart and innovative. Though don't think if I can sit through 90-100 minutes of stop-motion lego. Stop-motion movies haven't opened well. Chicken Run's 17.5 million was when animation was new and it's stop-motion was very smooth because clay is malleable. That 17.5 opening is still the biggest ever for stop-motion.Marketing to kids is always lucrative. But at some point an adult will say fuc no.

Lego is mostly CG with a bit of stop motion. There's no way they could of made that film purely with Lego figures. Edited by Jonwo

Holy shit.

I didn't think something was going to top The Rock/Vin Diesel Doomsday Device for most absurdly hilarious moment of 2013. But in the nick of time, the Lemmons scene was unleashed in all its glory.

Oceans 11 is on TNT. It was just the scene where Matt Damon pretends to bust Bernie Mac, "might as well call it whitejack." I miss Bernie Mac.Btw I caught some of the original Oceans that was a horrible film

I was just thinking that I haven't heard back from you yet. How was the movie?
