Boxx93
Not sure if this will be as good as Breaking Bad, but I will give it the benefit of the doubt.
Ozymandias
This has serious potential if they don't try and shoehorn too much Breaking Bad stuff in it. I could see Mike being in this since he and Saul knew each other.
4815162342
Hopefully they play this like a dark comedy. Light-hearted but with a black edge to it.
CoolioD1
I'm not gonna look for the quote, but I saw Vince Gilligan say a while back that if Breaking bad was 75% drama and 25% comedy then BCS is gonna be 75% comedy and 25% drama. Kevin Bacon
I imagine it being like the first season of BB (which was essentially a dark comedy) which is awesome because I miss the first season of BB. Not that what came after wasn't even better, but whenever I start over it's refreshing how damn funny that show used to be.

4815162342
IMO the last scene of this series, whenever it ends, should be Saul walking into Badger's interrogation room by accident. That or being told in his office that someone is here to see him about Badger, smash cut to Walter White sitting in the waiting room. Hangman
Renewed for 2nd season, but pushed back to sometime in 2015: http://insidetv.ew.com/2014/06/19/amc-orders-second-season-breaking-bad-spinoff-better-call-saul/
Hangman
I don't think it really matters. The first 2 seasons will only be 23 episodes total. Also, the show probably isn't expensive to produce and they have a Netflix deal already in place, so I don't think it's that big of a commitment. CoolioD1
aside from walking dead amc don't have much. mad men ending soon, low winter sun sucked. no one gives a shit about Turn or Halt and Catch Fire. Can't blame 'em for jumping the gun on a show they think could do pretty well.
lilmac
I am glad it's getting delayed. With Walking Dead and Boardwalk, I don't know if I'll have the time!
DeeCee
Narrowed down to February. http://www.slate.com/blogs/browbeat/2014/08/11/better_call_saul_teaser_see_the_first_glimpse_at_amc_s_breaking_bad_prequel.html I wonder if after a number of seasons before BB they might jump to life after BB for Saul Goodman. kitik
First episode airs Sunday February 8, with the second episode the very next night, Monday Feb 9. It's regular timeslot will be Monday nights at 10pm. http://tvbythenumbers.zap2it.com/2014/11/20/better-call-saul-to-premiere-sunday-february-8-at-10pm/330100/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+Tvbythenumbers+%28TVbytheNumbers%29 That's a little surprising. Certainly not a bad idea to have the premiere immediately after the midseason premiere/return of Walking Dead on Feb 8 though.
