NWH is really really holding it well, even on Thursday, when all movies fell off and also it was this THU (the 23rd Day) when even TFA fell to 144k.

Keep in mind that here we have the first weekend of 4 days if not even 5, so even a simple x2 can be considered good legs (especially if it's a front loaded movie). In the case of Spider Man it grossed 11.2 million in the first 5 days, so it would have to finish above 22.4 million to exceed x2

 

Then of course there are special and rare cases like Joker who managed to do x5 (6M ->30M), despite having made his debut on Wednesday

No Way Home won its 4th weekend in a row, better than Endgame (who lost to Detective Pikachu in its third weekend), Joker (who lost to Maleficent) and Infinity War (who grossed only 5% less than Men in Black 4 in its fourth weekend 🤷‍♂️). The gross week per week is now 11M in the first, 5M in the second, 4M in the third and 2M in the fourth

 

Considering that the holidays are over and almost a month has passed since its release, we can consider his run practically over since we aren't a leggy market, I think that from here to the end it can gross another million or so (which is also more than enough to exceed 3 million admissions)

 

In the meantime House of Gucci is getting very close to Black Widow and may surpass it

This week there are several interesting releases although nothing big, and they could finally make some changes to the top 10. Here the main ones: Scream 5 (here Sandra Bullock is very appreciated so we'll see), King Richard (documentary about the dad of the Williams sisters), the interesting Italian thriller "America Latina" and the documentary on the famous swimmer Federica Pellegrini (out only for 3 days)

 

Next week on the other hand there are only the documentary about Celine Dion and the Demon Slayer film for 3 days, but it has been available on Amazon Prime for more than 6 months so I don't know how much it will do. Since they moved Morbius to April maybe I'll go to see it  🤷‍♂️

Yeah I think it's possible, at worst it will have 30k admissions in 3 days and arrive at 2.975M.

But in any case I think that it has already passed it because Cinetel has never updated the actuals of the first day/week (as usual), and we have to wait for SIAE to publish the box office data for 2021

 

In the meantime I noticed that Lumiere has revised the number of tickets sold by Spider Man 3 from 3.1M to 3.008M, the goal now is much closer and definitely more likely

Scream's numbers are screaming for help, back to 2nd Position as Spidey takes it's 1st spot back even though it ain't making much either but seems it will get to 3M Admission and 23m Euro.

Yeah in the last couple of months all the upcoming movies have flopped or disappointed, Spider Man was one of the very few exceptions

 

If now it also happens to Scream 5 (as the first results suggest) I won't even be surprised because at this point it's basically normal 🙁
