So, when the worldwide total gets released tomorrow, what will Cap be at? I'm thinking they'll announce that Cap made about 275-290M worldwide so far. That sound about right?

THR mentioned 270+ this morning so that sounds about right. Definitely has a legit shot at out grossing TDW WW. Not something widely predicted.

Even if it doesn't hit 100 M I'll be happy. I'm expecting a good drop next weekend.

I'd guess 97-98M a slightly softer drop since more than 10M people were watching the final four.

I don't know. It did delivered well in a lot of areas, but I just feel like something is missing.

The third act could have been more exciting and 'grander' but overall, it's a well-balanced movie, imo.

Too high expectations, maybe? After all the talk and high praise here for the past week. Tbh I walked in with moderate expectations, so I was pleasantly surprised. Where would you rank it among the Marvel bunch?

I'm pretty good at keeping my expectations in check, so most likely not that.Hard to say with the ranking at the moment. But behind Avengers definitely. And I do think it did a lot of things better than IM1, but I don't know, I'm not sure about the overall feeling. I need to rewatch it.

Not gonna get a 20% drop on Sunday for 100 though.

Iron Man 1 isn't that great. It's a high 3/5 for me.

I think it will drop closer to 35% on Sunday.  That seems to be the going rate for March/April films.

90-97 is great number for April and it's a new record so I'm happy with this number and over 250m. That means next movie can hit 300m, but I can't say that about Thor 3.
