stripe
CP is tracking in the mid teens, and seems to be out of the running for a top 3 spot. But between BoS,Martian, and Goosebumps it's a toss up for thier place in the first 3. CP could very well do an opening over 20M. Horror movies are harder to track. Look at The visit opening to over 25M when tracking was suggesting 15M Also, this will benefit from the lack of adult horror movies, Del Toro name will help, the trailers are solid, and Halloween is getting closer. filmlover
Every theater around me is only getting Crimson Peak on one screen. I'll be surprised if it does more than $15M at this point.

dudalb
In something of an upset, CP seems to be leading Goosebumps by a million dollars on Friday, with THe Martian trailing both. Gonna be a close weekend. Bridge of Spies, despite the good reviews, seems to be bombing. Edited October 16, 2015 by dudalb
