Asked my sister to rank the new releases.  She got this:

1. Hillsong 135M

2. Snowden 100M

3. Bridget Jones 78M

4. Blair Witch 75M

Seems like Deadline's numbers.

If you look at an old winter game, my 15 year old sister tried a weekly set of questions. She had Heart of the Sea at 84M opening.

I just noticed that Eight Days a Week has 100% rating on RT, and am wondering whether Sully and Mag 7 are going to be impacted given that I presume it is targeted at an older crowd.  Does anyone know how many theaters it is getting?  I hadn't even realized it was opening this week.

Not a wide release.

People are overpredicting Mag7 and underpredicting Storks. I think both of them will cross 40m, but barely.

Where are people overpredicting it? About 40m is the most common prediction I've seen and I can't remember anyone recently predicting much higher than that.
