A Superman movie needs to be announced at the DC event unless WB is insanely blind and deaf.

Nobody gives a shit about Gotham City Sirens or Black fucking Adam. Make and give them the movie they fucking want.

Otherwise, sell DC to fucking Disney. Enough with the stupidity.

I do.

And nobody gave a shit about the movie with a walking tree-thing and the raccoon, and look how that turned out.

The Black Adam writer/director combo is insanely lame though. I guess the one thing both of them have in common is that they were both written by former Scooby Doo film writers.

Henry Cavill is a worldwide trend on twitter just because of his IG post where he builds a PC...yet WB is not confident  in him leading a MOS sequel. Their logic is baffling at the very least.

They had better have something to announce in Brazil. For real. Or I am done with them sans Batman. Selling Superman to Disney - for real.

With Henry Cavill being so well liked on social media and the hate for the Snyderverse having faded away they'd be stupid to not have everything lined up already for a Man Of Steel 2 announcement at the DC Event.

I mean, they were still all poorly reviewed, financial under-performers for WB

Coming from someone who does not want Zack Snyder anywhere near future Superman stuff (aside from his "Snyder Cut" which his fans will blindly worship no matter)-

W.B. absolutely bares significant responsibility for the fuck ups with SUPERMAN in the past. Dating back to the early 2000s. They should have spent whatever money was needed to make JJ Abrams Superman come to life starring (at the time super popular) Josh Hartnett. The 1st draft of Abrams script was widely panned, but the 2nd draft corrected the big items and was basically excellent. Yes the struggled to cast Superman, but they did sign Anthony Hopkins as Jor-el and Robert Downey Jr as Lex Luthor. Wolfgang Peterson and Michael Bay both passed due to budget issues.

In alternate universe, a Wolfgang Peterson directed, Josh Hartnett, Robert Downey Jr, and Anthony Hopkins starring Superman movie based on JJ Abrams excellent, action-packed script opens in early May 2004 and makes huge dollars. The sequels could have run into the late 2010s. RDJ never becomes Iron Man and Superman is, at least for a time, a major cash cow. Instead, Bryan Singer watched The Notebook and thought it would be cool do it with Superman as a bealted sequel to the Reeves movies. He literally saw THE NOTEBOOK on Friday and pitched WB on Monday. Desperate, they greenlit it. Singer proceeded to make basically unmarketable movie with a bizarre lack-of-action (aside from one set piece) and weird retro look. Even more stupidly, WB opened the film just 1 week before PIRATES 2, which would crush the opening weekend record and obliterate any hope Superman had at solid grosses. They would repeat the release date fuck up 7 years later by opening MAN OF STEEL just 1 week before WWZ+MU combined for $148m opening weekend and well over $1 billion globally. WB acted shocked at MOS's poor box office legs, as if they are oblivious to competition.

All that matters in 202O is the future - apply lessons learned and give the people the movie they want! Money will follow! Everyone likes Henry in the role. His popularity has only grown since his last movie.

Further more, psychology - many fans assumed the worst. They assumed Cavill was done. They have been assuming Superman is done. The swing of emotions when rumors leaked that he might return generated a huge social media response - just imagine if it is the real thing!

Announce a Henry Cavill starring Superman as JJ Abrams big comeback movie. Do it for the fans and do it for the money. It is time to make Superman great again.

Deborah Snyder just confirmed that the Snyder's are involved in a new DCEU project. I'm guessing it's MOS2 maybe or something for HBO Max.

They can "executive produce" JJ Abrams reboot

Snyder being involved in a SUperman Movie would be a horrid mistake given how many fanys dislike what he did with SUpes.
