Dementeleus
The focus here is domestic gross in this thread no? There have been many movies which have had a www thread ignoring www numbers. Ignoring WW numbers is another reason why the WWW threads don't make a lot of sense (usually). In any case, you're talking about a movie that's going to double its budget domestically alone (and that's the worst case scenario).
4815162342
in all seriousness even with you guys' pessimistic expectations, ~75% audience retention is great when the audience it was trying to retain was so huge. but i think it will be leggier than people expect. and everyone is conveniently ignoring the os increase. You're looking at one big picture but missing sight of another.
Ozymandias
This year has been shockingly poor in terms of B.O. performance Just wait for Hobbit: BOTFA to come along and surprise us all Right, guys, right . 330m for Hobbit 3

Mojoguy
299m for Hobbit 3 just to spite WB for splitting the book into three movies!
Alpha
Looks like Mockingjay won't reach $400 million, and no film will this year. Hot Tub Time Machine 2 could've done it if it hadn't moved.

Ozymandias
Hobbit 3 now has small chance of outgrossing MJ1 domestically, that would be the funniest shit ever.
