Still, it's not the same as having the rights...but it's still lucrative. Ok but it s still not a Sony property even if they are very involved in the films obviously. Tele talked about this in another thread, we don t have all the contract, financial details shenanigans of Hollywood movies and how the money (debt) is spread when there s a profit or loss. I normally find Crowe's work incredibly cloying and I wasn't on board for what Hudson was doing a lot of the time, but his sweetness felt well placed in this movie. Amy Poehler will have one of Pixar's highest grossing movies of all time.
