it's a shame any sort of buzz on Sicario seems to have died. Lionsgate could probably scrape a Blunt nomination if they tried hard enough.

Blunt somehow even got snubbed by the online film critics. I guess it's something of a fitting irony considering what her character goes through in the movie, but really, come on.

Critical success of your movie isn't always necessary to receive an acting nomination, there are countless examples. Joy is now 60% on RT and i'm confident it will go up. Both Joy and Sufragette are Academy type movies with acclaimed directors and actors, while Mad Max is a technical masterpiece, not an actors' movie. Charlize will win Critics Choice for Best Actress in an Action Movie.

Yeah, people just need to stop with Charlize while they're ahead. Best Actress might be dead but not THAT dead.

 

lol if only Cake had come out this year. Jennifer Aniston probably would've easily slipped into 5h despite the handicaps of her movie.

Bumps-I removed Joy, so the 2 who voted for it will have to pick another one!

I did have Big Short here originally, but after people said it wouldn't have much of a chance I removed it, now it seems like it might need to be added again!
