As someone who likes big-budget films but isn't really interested in comic book movies (not just superheroes - I skipped Kingsman last year) or most animation (Illumination and Sony excepted) JB fits right in my wheelhouse. So does Ghostbusters.

Well jon favreau and paul feig aren't my cup if tea but whatever you like I guess

Who? Besides Tom Cruise and Matt Damon, obviously.

Bay, Nolan, Serkis, Elgort, Coogler, Verninski, Bird, J-Law, (Fancis) Lawrence, Smith, Reeves, etc.

Those were just a bunch of names of the top. All kinds of people

You obviously love Warcraft since you're a serious wow raider, so why don't you want it to be successful? I played wow a lot 4 years ago as a tauren shadow priest/tauren dk tank and still occasionally play it. My love for the game wants it to be successful.

Oh, sorry, I wasn't clear. I'd love for the Warcraft movie to be successful (which I think is 50/50, at best), but I can think of nothing worse than computer games being the new trend in movies.

Why? Movies based on books have existed since forever and they're fine.

Though, I suppose you could argue that most TV adaptations to film don't really work.

I'm curious to check out Goosebumps just cause I loved the books and show so much. Not a big Jack Black fan though which is why I haven't seen any of the Kung Fu Panda movies.

Jack Black is literally my favourite actor on the planet.

Goosebumps is good, haven't heard a single person dislike it. Also, Black is not the lead character in Goosebumps, if that sways your opinion at all.

I've never seen the first Cloverfield, is that necessary?

From what can be gathered about the production of Cloverfield 2, it has nothing whatsoever to do with the first one and is just piggybacking off the name. It's apparently a completely previously unrelated movie.

Goosebumps is great, one of the big surprises of 2015 for me for sure. I liked the books as a kid but I certainly didn't expect it to be on my top 10 of the year.

I think if you want to see more movies and are on a budget, Movie Pass really isn't such a bad option! I mean, yeah, it's 2D only and no premium formats, and may not work at your local theater, but it does work at most places and at least it keeps your moviegoing completely budgeted. I believe it's $25 in most markets and $35 in major markets like mine. Still not too shabby!

That's why it's kind of fun for me to go check out something I normally wouldn't, if I have the time.

I'll watch that at home. I don't usually go to the theater to see animated kids movies. Last time I did that was Toy Story 3. Lord only knows the last time I went before that. Probably to see Toy Story 2.

Last time I saw one in theaters was cinderella in '73.  They weren't making new toons back then and I outgrew the Disney re-releases.  Never had kids that I know of. so I never had a reason to go since they started making them again.

  Reveal hidden contents

please answer in spoiler i'd go to deadpool rtm but i'm kinda busy on tumblr with the walking dead its a big day for some fans !

Spoiler

Probably due to not being able to afford a Wolverine cameo, but wanting to pay homage to Hugh Jackman/Wolverine since Ryan stated that Hugh has been very supportive of his making a Deadpool movie.
