Posted this in the Buzz thread yesterday - preview show counts for NYSM2, Conjuring 2 and Warcraft are pretty much neck and neck so far. Warcraft has 20 shows more than the other 2 movies because of IMAX timings. Conjuring 2 leads ticket sales so far in reserved seating locations which I can check.

I can't decide between NYSM2 and Money Monster.  Then there's also The Nice Guys.

Decisions. Decisions.

The Nice Guys and Money Monster are pretty good. See one of those, preferably The Nice Guys.

2007 $1,085.4 +20.4% 52 $20.9 -50.1% Spider-Man 3 $336.5 31.0%

Looking at the chart the totals are for the full run of every film that opened in the month.  So while this will be lower than other Mays it could still pick up another $150m+.  This May also had only 4 full weekends.  They don't count any of the May revenue from the April 29-May 1st openings.

The Copa America - South Americas big tournament. I'm going to the Brazil game tomorrow.

The Euros start next week. Both SouthAmerican and European box office will be hit hard till July.
