It's truly insane just how much of a feast or famine year it is.

Going into this summer I thought it would be much more widespread but its starting to become like last year. Maybe the fall can change that.

Solid for Me Before You. 50M locked, but I'm actually wondering if it can hit 60M.

It should. It has no competition for a while, the next movie directly targeting females is...Bad Moms? Oof.

Depends on next weekends performance...

150 million seems to be locked, for now.

I would look more towards the weekend after when Dory comes out. After weekend 3, DOFP had good legs, but it's not likely for Apocalypse to have similar legs when it'll shed theaters as a faster rate.

Everyone needs to read Camilla Long's takedown of Me Before You. "feelbad amputee porn" lmao

she fucking tears the movie to shreds.

I can only access the first paragraph. After that you need to join the site.

Well, truly I don't think we could have expected more from APOC - knowing the history of the Xmen franchise.... I consider it a win that it didn't plunge over 70%

Good start for Me Before You

DOFP was -64% with very good WOM. So this one not doing -70% especially after having big previews (par with DOFP) is actually good.
