Prior Disney Thanksgiving releases (Frozen, Tangled and Good Dinosaur) are shockingly consistent with the Friday, Saturday and Sunday increases and drops, literally every single one is within 2% of each other. Using those numbers with the 9.8M Thursday, Moana weekend looking like

 

Fri: 23.5M (+140%)

Sat: 21.2M (-5.5%)

Sun: 12.8M (-40%)

Weekend: 57.5M/83M

Looking at the Potter movies, they roughly increase 80% on Friday, drop 7-10% on Saturday and around 45% on Sunday, so we are looking at

 

Fri: 17.2M

Sat: 15.7M

Sun: 8.6M

Weekend: 41.5M/62M

A little steeper than I expected for Moana, but a fantastic hold for Beasts. 

 

Did a family trip tonight with the inlaws and saw beasts on the local 4 screener - only showing Trolls, Moana and Allied this weekend, bet that's a booking agent that is glad they didn't go with anything different  (or wishes they kept Strange another week.)
