fishstick
So Channing Tatum is a draw from romcoms. Which means Hollywood will give him expensive action tentpole to carry. Noah, Moses, whateevr else is there. Just watch.
Incarnadine
That's hard to say because I think most consider this weekend Valentines weekend, so the boost it may get will be over after Tuesday, not carry into next weekend.Last year VD fell on a monday and the only comparable movie playing was No Strings Attached. It increased from its Sunday number and was up over 250% from the previous Monday. It was much later in its run than TV but if I had to hazard a guess I'd estimate the VD number as roughly the same as the number it gets today, around $10-$11 million. John Marston
With Valentines day bound to give The Vow a huge boost...could it get close to 150m?after Valientines Day it should drop like a rock. Master Scottb
Congrats to The Phantom Menace for passing E.T., and Shrek 2 on the All-Time Domestic chart. TPM only needs about $6.1m to pass Star Wars and claim the #4 spot on the chart. On the Worldwide chart the $23m from the US alone is enough to move TPM three spots up the list, leap-frogging LOTR: The Two Towers, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, and Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. When the overseas numbers come in, TPM could easily move past The Lion King and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1.

TH (and hopefully TDKR) will knock TPM back out of the top 10 anyway.

FilmBuff
It's okay, The Dark Knight Rises will be in the top 10 knocking Episode 1 out. The movie which doesn't deserve to be there is that shitty Transformers film. How the heck did it gross 1.1 billion?
MovieMan89
Insane for Journey, Vow, and SH. Little disappointing for TPM (by my expectations at least), but this weekend is amazing.
