It's still 7 million shy in the estimates, but it remains way too early to tell. If this somehow doesn't top Force Awakens OW, what film can? We're talking about a massive franchise of films that have almost consistently won the hearts of fans and critics on a near bi-annual basis for the past decade. All of them leading up to this moment, and it barely edges out a Star Wars sequel released 10 years after the last entry in a trilogy that had a mixed response.
