Titanic is never going away lol At this rate it will hit £100m some point. It will do fine next Valentine's Day.
Krissykins
£3.2m weekdays for Elvis, which is great. Scottish schools are already off btw, finished a week ago. Edited July 1, 2022 by Krissykins
Jonwo
I imagine Elvis will be close to £10m by Sunday and it's still got the rest of the summer to make money.
Krissykins
£2.3m in weekdays for Top Gun Maverick. I’m getting “celebrate July 4th with Top Gun” social media adverts today even though we don’t celebrate July 4th lol. Hopefully I’ll be celebrating Scotland’s own independence day in the future though Edited July 1, 2022 by Krissykins 4

The Dark Alfred
There will be a legal avenue as technically England forced Scotland to be out of the EU. Don't you worry about Scots getting European support haha That's pretty impressive from TGM, I think it has a chance to stay flat or produce a drop around 10% compared to last weekend which got a bit hit by Glastonbury.

Box office is not the top priority for Scottish independence though lol I won’t derail the thread, Minions looking busy tomorrow. lab276
Ireland is included in the IK box office and Canada with domestic. I assume for convenience sake Scotland will remain part of the UK for box office purposes. If it gets independence.
Purple Minion
$3.3M OD for Minions 2, best start ever for Universal animation and Illumination. 2
Jonwo
I assume because some Illumination films have weekend previews in the past that the best opening day is somewhat skewed.

All the Minions movies seems to be opening similar, except DM2 which had I believe WED opening, doing 14.8M with 4.8M before FSS, so OD could be best. The Dark Alfred
Minions Sat £4.2m. Elvis will hit the £10m note by Sunday, TGM will fly past £68m, JWD stamping on £30m.
